PurposeRecognizing that the strength of the Rotary ideal is founded on the service carried out by club members worldwide, this citation provides a means for Rotary clubs to personally recognize a single member of the club for outstanding efforts in the four Avenues of Service. The citation commends the service carried out by an individual Rotarian in the club, thereby reinforcing the importance which Rotary places on the personal involvement of each club member in Rotary service activities. Awarded ByNominations for this award are sent directly to Rotary International. This is not a District 7230 award. This is a citation signed by the R.I., President, Wilf Wilkinson. EligibilityThe nominee must have consistently demonstrated support of the Object of Rotary through participation in service activities in each of the four Avenues of Service: Club, Vocational, Community, and International.
